Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of initial deposit.
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the trip are eligible for a partial refund.
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

2. Vehicle Usage

• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the group will be charged to the customer.
• Vehicles are subject to availability; we reserve the right to provide an equivalent alternative if the exact model is unavailable.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave appropriately. The driver has the right to refuse service to any individual who is being disruptive or abusive.

4. Limitation of Liability

Luxury Tempo Traveler Bangalore is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions. We are also not liable for any loss of personal belongings during the trip.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Karnataka.
